Mindborn is not healthcare
Mindborn offers audio meditations for rest and emotional relief during fertility treatment and pregnancy after long waiting. It is a wellness and relaxation product.
Mindborn is not:
- medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment,
- therapy, psychotherapy, or counselling,
- a substitute for care from a doctor, fertility specialist, midwife, psychologist, psychiatrist, or any other qualified professional.
We are not healthcare providers. Listening to Mindborn does not create a doctor–patient or therapist–client relationship. Never delay, ignore, or discontinue professional medical or mental-health care because of anything you heard in a Mindborn meditation. Always follow the guidance of your own healthcare team — they know you; we don’t.
No promises about outcomes
Mindborn makes no claims and no promises about any outcome — not about fertility, treatment success, pregnancy, birth, or how you will feel. Meditation may help some people feel calmer or rest more easily; it may do nothing for you; results vary from person to person and we guarantee none. Nothing on this site, in our emails, or in our audio means “this will help you conceive” — and if anything ever sounds like it does, that is not what we mean and not what we promise.
Stress does not cause infertility, and relaxing does not treat it. You will never hear the opposite from us.
When not to listen
For your safety:
- Never listen while driving, cycling, operating machinery, or doing anything that requires your attention. Mindborn meditations are designed to lower alertness and may make you drowsy. Listen only when you can safely rest.
- Listen at a comfortable volume.
Talk to a professional first if…
Meditation and body-focused relaxation are not suitable for everyone. Please speak with your doctor or a mental-health professional before using Mindborn if you have or have had: post-traumatic stress or significant unprocessed trauma, dissociation, psychosis or a psychotic disorder, severe anxiety or panic disorder, severe depression or thoughts of self-harm, epilepsy triggered by relaxation states, or any condition your clinician is treating you for that could be affected by meditative practice.
If a meditation ever makes you feel worse — more anxious, detached, panicky, or flooded by difficult memories — stop listening. That reaction is a signal to seek support from a professional, not to push through.
If you are in crisis
Mindborn cannot help in an emergency and is not monitored for crisis messages.
- If you are in immediate danger or thinking about harming yourself, call your local emergency number now — 911 (US/Canada), 112 (EU/UK), 000 (Australia).
- If you are struggling and need someone to talk to, crisis lines are listed at mindborn.io/crisis — including the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (US, call/text 988) and international directories.
- For any concern about your body, your pregnancy, or your treatment — bleeding, pain, reduced movement, side effects, anything — contact your clinic or doctor, not us.
Your responsibility
By using Mindborn you confirm that you have read this Disclaimer, that you use the Service voluntarily and at your own discretion, and that decisions about your health and medical care remain solely between you and your healthcare providers.
