About Mindborn

Last updated: 18 July 2026

Mindborn makes free guided meditations for women on the longer road to motherhood — trying to conceive, IVF, and pregnancy after infertility. The promise is deliberately small: ten minutes where nothing is asked of you.

What Mindborn is

Mindborn is a collection of guided audio meditations, each written for one specific moment rather than for meditation in general — the first night of the two-week wait, the hour after a negative test, the morning of an embryo transfer, a scan waiting room, the particular loneliness of being pregnant after infertility.

The reason it works that way is that everything else asks something of her. Clinics ask her to comply, apps ask her to log, forums ask her to hope, and most wellness content asks her to relax and stay positive. Mindborn asks nothing. That is the whole product.

Who it’s for

Women on a longer road to motherhood: trying to conceive, going through fertility treatment or IVF, or pregnant after infertility. Everything is in English.

What it costs

Everything currently available is free. You choose one of two doors — trying to conceive, or pregnant after infertility — and four meditations arrive by email, one a day for four days. They are yours to keep. There is no app, no account, no password, and no schedule to follow. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Meditation packs covering the full two-week wait and the full IVF cycle are planned for later in 2026. Nothing is for sale yet.

What Mindborn is not

  • Not an app — there is nothing to download or install.
  • Not medical, psychological, or therapeutic care.
  • Not spiritual, religious, or esoteric — no manifestation, energy work, or rituals.
  • Not a fertility tracker, cycle app, or symptom log.
  • Not a promise that meditation, calm, or lower stress will help you conceive.
  • Not a community, forum, or coaching programme.

The last one matters most. Mindborn never claims that meditation, calm, or less stress improves the chance of conceiving, and it does not promise a result of any kind. The only promise is the ten minutes.

The free meditations

Trying to conceive — cycles, IVF, the wait

  • When Everyone Is Pregnant But You — 13 min, free. You smiled. You said congratulations. And then you found somewhere to fall apart.
  • A Night in the Two-Week Wait — 13 min, free. The test is weeks away. The waiting starts tonight.
  • How to Cope With a Negative Pregnancy Test — 10 min, free. Two minutes ago the test was negative. You're still holding it.
  • Embryo Transfer Day — 10 min, free. For weeks it felt far away. This morning, it's here.

Pregnancy after infertility

  • The Night After a Positive Test — 13 min, free. Two lines. And the first feeling was fear.
  • You're Allowed to Struggle — 12 min, free. Today it's hard — and it feels illegal to say so.
  • When No One Sees How Hard This Is — 14 min, free. "You must be so happy." You know how it looks from the inside.
  • In the Waiting Room — 8 min, free. You were fine all week. Then you sat down in this chair.

Common questions

What is Mindborn?
Mindborn is a collection of guided audio meditations for women trying to conceive, going through IVF, or pregnant after infertility. Each one is written for a specific moment — a night in the two-week wait, the hour after a negative test, the morning of an embryo transfer, a scan waiting room — rather than for meditation in general.

Who is Mindborn for?
Women on a longer road to motherhood: trying to conceive, in fertility treatment or IVF, or pregnant after infertility. It is written in English for a global audience.

How much does Mindborn cost?
Everything currently available on Mindborn is free. Four meditations are sent by email — one a day for four days — and they are yours to keep. Paid meditation packs are planned for later in 2026; nothing is for sale yet.

Do I need an account or an app?
No. There is no app, no account, and no password. You give an email address, and the meditations arrive in your inbox as audio you keep.

How long is a Mindborn meditation?
Between eight and fourteen minutes. Shorter ones are made for acute moments — a waiting room, the hour after a negative test. Longer ones are made for the evening or for sleep.

Is Mindborn spiritual, religious, or esoteric?
No. There is no manifestation, no energy work, no chakras, and no rituals — just a calm woman's voice and a few quiet minutes. Whatever you believe in stays yours.

Is Mindborn medical or therapeutic care?
No. Mindborn is rest, not healthcare. It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic care, and no meditation replaces treatment or a clinic's guidance. Pages dealing with the hardest moments link to crisis and helpline resources.

Does Mindborn claim meditation improves fertility?
No, and it never will. Mindborn does not promise a result, a pregnancy, or that relaxing will help you conceive. The only promise is the ten minutes themselves.

What makes Mindborn different from Calm, Headspace, or Expectful?
Two things: the moments and the ask. General meditation apps cover fertility as one category among hundreds; Mindborn is written only for these specific moments, including ones that exist nowhere else, such as the hour after a negative test. And where most wellness content asks you to relax, stay positive, or try again, Mindborn asks nothing at all.
