Cookie Policy
Effective date: 15 August 2026
This will be short, because we don’t use any.
No cookies at all
Not even necessary ones. Mindborn sets no cookies of any kind — which is why you don’t see a cookie banner here. There is nothing to accept and nothing to decline.
One thing we do store on your device
Your meditation library remembers where you are, so it opens on the right page when you come back. It does this using your browser’s local storage — not a cookie. It stays on your device, it is never sent to us, and it is never sent to anyone else.
| Stored | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
mindborn.lib.* | Which door you came through, which meditations have been unlocked for you, and whether you’ve dismissed the “say hi” note | Until you clear your browser data |
This is functional storage for something you asked for — opening your own library — so it doesn’t require consent. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings; the library will simply start again from the link in your email.
What we don’t use
- No analytics. We currently run no visitor statistics at all. If we ever do, it will be a cookieless, privacy-first service (such as Plausible or Fathom) that stores nothing on your device and cannot identify you.
- No advertising or tracking of any kind. No Meta pixel, no TikTok pixel, no Google tags — nothing that follows you around the internet.
- No third-party cookies or third-party storage.
